Mons Jules Elie- Peony Rose

Full double with spectacular pink, lavender/rose blooms in a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  Needs to be kept moist through growing season, dormant during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year mass blooming the third. Excellent as cut flowers.
