Tulips With A Difference endeavours to delivery sound and healthy bulbs of flowering size. If however there is a problem with the bulbs/plants our liability is limited to the value of the problem bulbs supplied. In the case of problems we will endeavour to supply the same bulb/ or something of a similar type/colour/cost as agreed with the client. A refund may be issued if preferred by the client after consultation with us. Contact may be made through email or by telephone or fax.
Tulips With A Difference only ship within Australia and products cannot be sent overseas. Shipment and delivery is generally through Australia Post parcel postage.
All bulbs ordered are labelled and accompanied by growing instructions.
Spring bulb despatches begin in March and finish end of May or when the product is sold out. All prior orders should be delivered by the 27th March. We continue to post orders until mid May. On arrival, open the bags and keep your bulbs in a cool, well-ventilated area or put them in the crisper section of your refrigerator if appropriate.
Summer flowering/growing products will be despatched including Liliums, Tuberoses, Gladioli, Hippeastrums, Lily of the Valley, Strawberries, Rhubarb, Asparagus will begin from mid in July, Dahlias August.
Every effort is made to deliver sound and healthy bulbs, so please contact us if there are any problems. However, our liability to you is limited to the value of the bulbs delivered.
We recommend that you unpack your order on arrival, and read your planting instructions.
Please order early to ensure supply.
For security purposes and reserving of your stock, your Credit Card will be charged on submission of your order, regardless of when the bulbs are due to be despatched. In some cases this could be a month or more i.e. if you order bulbs in January, we will not start despatching until early March. However if you wish us to hold your payment and keep credit card details until just prior to despatch of your order, then you can phone your order through to us on 08 97673069.

Credit card payments through our 3rd party payment gateways (Paypal) are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. No credit card information is at any time stored on our site. All credit card information is handled through 3rd party payment processors (Paypal).
