Scarlet Heaven - Itoh Peony Roses

Well named.  A new variety well suited to areas with a warmer climate and no frost. Deep rich dark velvet red single blooms with a contrasting centre.  Grows to a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  Needs to be kept moist through growing season, dormant during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year, mass blooming the third. Excellent as cut flowers.
