Come and visit us.  With over 130,000 Tulips and spring flowering bulbs planted throughout our cottage garden, we are delighted to invite you to come and enjoy their stunning display and have Devonshire Tea while surrounded by beauty.
 
Where are we?  Situated in the picturesque rolling hills of Kulikup, "Tulips With A Difference" is located 38km east of Boyup Brook and 50km west of Kojonup on Chambers Road.  (See our map for details)
 
What will you see?  As you wander through our cottage garden you will enjoy a Kaleidoscope of colour along with the joy of seeing our delightful Blue Wrens plus many other native birds.  We also serve Devonshire Teas for you to enjoy as you sit and relax in the garden and absorb the peace and beauty of nature’s wonders.  If you would like to bring a picnic lunch you are most welcome.
 
When is it?  We are open each week of September, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10an — 4pm.   Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are available for group bookings but only by appointment,  please ring us.  (See dates listed)
 
What else is there?  If you would like to take something home with you as a memento, we have an Art & Craft Gallery with locally made items for sale and a large range of potted tulips and other bulbs and plants for you to choose from.
