Drought tolerant, flowers for many months, will grow well in full sun or shade. Great for cut flowers with long stemmed multi flower heads that will last for weeks in a vase.  What more could you need?  Oh, and they multiply easily. They are a tuber, not a bulb and will multiply to a clump a metre wide if left undisturbed for years.  Once plant is established, if you can’t water, its not a problem, when the rains come they will shoot away again.
